We had our family trip planned to Maa Vaishno Devi and chose this hotel thinking it would be a great experience based on online recommendations. While the spacious room was clean and comfortable, the dining experience was marred by insect issues during breakfast. The service was quite variable; some staff showed great hospitality, while others were less accommodating, especially concerning room policies. Overall, we enjoyed our stay due to the good ambiance and helpful staff at times, but there were definitely areas that could have been better.
